I felt it was a good idea for us to have a forum where things can be discussed just between moderators and administrators that cannot be seen by any of those who are not in these two groups.  Ideas for the forum, what to add, what to remove, ways to gain popularity, problem users, issues, etc can be discussed here.  This way, all of us who are concerned can see it and know about it, rather than having to PM everyone who needs to know.
